Every device is registered and prepared for refurbishment, creating a clear starting point for tracking throughout the production process.

Data Erasure
Existing data is securely removed before the device moves further through the process. Erasure documentation is available where required.

Initial Cleaning
Each device receives an initial cleaning before technical testing and inspection begins.

Testing & Grading
Every device undergoes extensive hardware diagnostics and functionality testing covering all major components. Only after passing these tests is the device assigned its cosmetic grade.

Software Imaging
A fresh, clean software image is installed, configured and prepared for its next user.

Final Cleaning
The device is cleaned a final time to ensure a professional presentation before packaging.
